Burnaby, BC, May 6, 2026 – The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) is pleased to announce that all 2026 regular season and playoff games will be streamed live on WLA TV, with our new broadcast partner, Trickshot.


“The WLA is thrilled to partner with Trickshot, the new official webcaster of the WLA, to deliver our games to fans across the country,” said WLA Commissioner Paul Dal Monte.


Fans can purchase single games or 5-game packages on wlalacrosse.com for $9.95 and $39.95 respectively, however, for fans that purchase 5-game packs prior to June 1, they can do so for just $34.95!


The WLA season opens Wednesday May 20th when the Nanaimo Timbermen visit the Langley Thunder, followed by the Burnaby Lakers taking on the New Westminster Salmonbellies Thursday May 21 at historic Queens Park Arena. On Friday May 22, the Coquitlam Adanacs travel to Victoria to take on the Shamrocks, while the Maple Ridge Burrards will be at Bill Copeland Arena to take on the Burnaby Lakers.

  • May 20: Langley Thunder vs. Nanaimo Timbermen at Langley Events Centre;

  • May 21: New Westminster Salmonbellies vs. Burnaby Lakers at Queens Park Arena;

  • May 22: Burnaby Lakers vs. Maple Ridge Burrards at Bill Copeland Arena;

  • May 22: Victoria Shamrocks vs. Coquitlam Adanacs at The Q Centre;

  • May 23: Coquitlam Adanacs vs. New West Salmonbellies at Poirier Sports Centre;

  • May 24: Maple Ridge Burrards vs. Langley Thunder at Cam Neely Arena;

  • May 30: Nanaimo Timbermen vs. Maple Ridge Burrards at Frank Crane Arena.


The Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) is an amateur men’s Senior A box lacrosse league, sanctioned by Lacrosse Canada. The WLA consists of seven teams based in cities throughout southwestern British Columbia, playing an 18-game schedule from late May to the end of July. Each year, the playoff teams battle for the right to compete against the Major Series Lacrosse (Ontario) champion for the Mann Cup. The championship is hosted alternately between Ontario and British Columbia every September.
