“It was good to put a full game together and I thought that the boys fought through some adversity and had to battle back and they came out on the winning end,” said Head Coach Darcy Rhodes. “The mood in the building was great, it is always nice to be apart of an organization and fanbase that takes up worthwhile causes like we did last night and what we are doing next week as well.”

Langley visits Victoria in Game 2 of their back-to-backs Friday night inside the Q Centre. Faceoff is at 7:30pm and the game can be seen on Play Full Screen.

The Thunder’s next home game will be Wednesday July 12, 2017 inside the Langley Events Centre. It is one of the most important nights of the year for Langley as they are hosting the Tessa Beauchamp night.

Langley will auction off special game-worn jerseys with proceeds going to the Tessa Beauchamp Foundation. Fans will be able to bid on the jerseys online until 11:00pm on July 11. For more information on the Tessa Beauchamp Foundation please click here.
