Langley, BC (July 25, 2017) The Langley Thunder (3-13) host the Coquitlam Adanacs (5-10) in their final home game of the 2017 season.

The Adanacs currently hold the season series after 9-7 and 10-8 losses earlier in the summer. Coquitlam is led by Dean Fairall who has 20 goals, 15 assists and 35 points in 14 games. Matthew Delmonico has 13 goals, 18 assists and 31 points in 15 games.

“We had a great practice on Monday and the guys want to finish strong at home,” said Head Coach Darcy Rhodes. “We lost a close one in overtime the last time we played Coquitlam, so we are looking to build on that and get some redemption by beating them in our arena.”

With James Rahe’s late third period goal in the Thunder’s last game, he tied teammate JP Kealey with 43 points on the season for Langley’s lead. He now has 23 goals and 20 assists in 15 games. Bryce Brochu sits third with 9 goals, 24 assists and 33 points, while Cole Shafer has continued his hot play scoring 11 goals, 20 assists and 31 points in 10 games.
