Langley, BC (June 13, 2017) The Langley Thunder (0-4) host the Burnaby Lakers (3-2) on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, inside the Langley Events Centre.

The Lakers have been led by Jason Jones who has scored 7 goals and 13 assists in 5 games, Eli McLaughlin who has 8 goals and 8 assists, Cam Mitchell who 6 goals and 9 assists and Scott Jones and Dane Stevens who both have 13 points.

“They have a good offence with a lot of experience guys who have played in the WLA for a long time,” said Head Coach Darcy Rhodes. “We are going to have to bring our A-game on Wednesday night to get the victory.”

Offensively, the Thunder to continue to be led by JP Kealey who has 9 goals and 6 assists in 4 games. Bryce Brochu has 6 goals and 8 assists, Cole Shafer has 2 goals and 6 assists in 2 games and James Rahe has 3 goals and 4 assists in 3 games.

The team announced on Tuesday that goaltender Charles Claxton is currently away on personal leave and will be replaced by Zack Wickett in the meanwhile.
