Thunder part of WLA opening night; home opener set for May 27
The Langley Thunder will begin their 2020 Western Lacrosse Association season with a road game in Nanaimo.
The Thunder travel to Nanaimo to face the Timbermen on May 21 in the WLA season opener for both Senior A lacrosse clubs.
The Thunder are set for their home debut at Langley Events Centre the following week as they welcome the Burnaby Lakers to town on May 27. It is one of two times the Thunder host Burnaby at Langley Events Centre with both the Victoria Shamrocks and Maple Ridge Burrards also set to visit twice. The New Westminster Salmonbellies, Coquitlam Adanacs and Timbermen will each visit once.
